How to be an effective Director, Manager & Shareholder

For many businesses, these roles all sit in one human being - the business owner. Whether that resonates for you, or your business has reached a size where these roles are embodied by different individuals, understanding the different characteristics and legal liabilities of each of these different roles can be extremely confusing and is often never fully understood. When you aspire to achieve the elevated heights of a director, a manager or indeed an owner (which can mean taking on all 3) the rewards come with risks and responsibilities attached.

This workshop explores these different roles and the liabilities attached to each of them and insights on:

  • What are the different roles and legal liabilities of directors, managers and shareholders?
  • How can you carry out the roles of effectively?
  • What safeguards can you put in place to protect the individuals and business as a whole?
