How to Build a World Class Board

There are a few key elements that make the difference between first class and world class; of these, one is without a doubt a well-established and knowing board. The alchemy to this destination is not as elusive as you may think. It is of course all about the people, but specifically who they are, the skills that they have and what their personality is.

All too often, board meetings turn into bored meetings - or worse still, management meetings. However, with the right papers, agenda and chairing, you can learn how to revolutionize your decision making and discover the necessary toolkit to convert your board meetings into the most valuable time you will spend with your colleagues.

This session will provide you with the knowledge on:

  • How to fill your hallowed hall with only those individuals that deserve a place at the table.
  • Understand the skills and personalities that are best suited to board membership
  • How to run your board meetings effectively
  • How to revolutionise your decision-making
  • Tookit of papers needed to maximise the value from board meetings
